Height and size cross reference is wrong on the product box, but inside manual listed correctly. Other than that everything is good.

The ball looked good. unfortunately, the plug was not included in the package so I had to ship it back. I got a full refund pretty quicly, though

i do not know what i would have done without this ball. i had an induced labor which was a million times more painful that my previous labor but i was able to do it without any meds because i just bounced on this ball. i laid on it , leaned forward, lean backward. i really helped. i still have it and have not used it since but many ppl use it after birth to exercise. it did not deflate during my 15 hours of labor. so i guess it works.

The blue 65mm TKO fitness ball that I ordered arrived without the white plastic plug required to keep the air in the ball. The ball is useless without it. Amazon kindly offered to send me a new ball, and that arrived with TWO pugs. TKO clearly has some quality control issues, when it comes to packaging their goods. Once blown up, the ball is great, though.
